He holds an MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and has built and diversified a group of businesses spanning spinning, weaving, home textiles, power generation and cinema.
He serves as a Director of the International Cotton Association (ICA), the global body governing the international cotton trade, and as a Director of MCB Bank Limited, one of Pakistan's leading banks. He is also a Director of Saleem Memorial Trust Hospital — a 350-bed, not-for-profit multi-specialty hospital in Lahore built in memory of Sheikh M. Saleem — advancing subsidized, high-quality healthcare for the community.
A Director of YS Group and Chief Executive Officer of YS Technologies, leading the group's applied-AI arm and the development of Cotton AI, Finance AI and Cinema AI. The mandate is to turn deep domain knowledge across the group's trading, asset-management and cinema operations into production-grade intelligent systems.

Khurram Iqbal is the Chief Executive Officer of YS Global, bringing more than twenty years of experience in the textile industry and as a cotton indenting agent. His career spans the full breadth of the fibre trade — from origin selection and grade matching to contract structuring and settlement — and he has built deep relationships with both international merchants and Pakistan's leading mills.
Khurram serves on the Rules Committee of the International Cotton Association (ICA), the global body that sets the bylaws, rules and arbitration standards governing the international cotton trade. He has hosted ICA leadership during their outreach to Pakistan's cotton community in Lahore, reflecting his standing in the global industry.
